about me
I am a Growth Companion, life coach, entrepreneur, educator, and lifelong learner who firmly believes that lasting success begins with what you stand for: your personal values. For over fifteen years, I have worked at the intersection of education, entrepreneurship, leadership, and human development. Throughout this time, I have helped individuals, families, and organizations unlock their potential through purposeful growth. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Babcock University, Nigeria, followed by a Master’s degree in International Business Economics from City, University of London, United Kingdom. While my academic background provided a strong foundation in economics and business, entrepreneurship gave me the practical opportunity to put those principles into action. As the founder of an educational toy business, I developed deep expertise in business operations, strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership, all while nurturing my passion for childhood learning and development.

Driven by my love for education, I earned a Professional Diploma in Education and became a licensed teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). I am also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, a Relationship Mentor, and an alumna of the Enterprise Development Centre at Lagos Business School, where I further strengthened my leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational development expertise. These diverse experiences have enriched my ability to inspire growth, develop leaders, and equip individuals and organizations with practical strategies for lasting success.Over the years, I have had the privilege of training business owners, school leaders, educators, parents, and young people in leadership, organizational culture, personal values, and sustainable growth. Whether I am speaking at conferences, coaching individuals, mentoring the next generation, or facilitating leadership workshops, my goal remains the same: to help people become intentional, lead with integrity, and build lives of lasting impact.

When I am not coaching or speaking, you will likely find me creating personal growth resources, developing leadership programs, or spending quality time with my family. Every experience continues to reinforce my conviction that growth is a lifelong journey—and no one should have to walk it alone. If you are ready to grow with purpose, lead with values, and create a lasting impact, I would be honoured to walk that journey with you.

tweens & teens conference
Having lived across three continents—Africa, Europe, and North America—I have experienced diverse cultures, languages, and ways of life. While we may differ in many ways, I discovered something that unites us all: our values shape our lives.Whether it is integrity, resilience, kindness, discipline, respect, responsibility, or empathy, personal values influence our decisions, our relationships, and ultimately, our legacy. As I studied the lives of successful leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers, I noticed a common thread. Their success wasn't built on talent alone; it was built on values they consistently lived by.That realization led me to ask a critical question: What if the next generation learned these values early? What if our tweens and teens didn't have to wait until adulthood, or until life taught them difficult lessons, to discover the importance of character, purpose, emotional intelligence, leadership, and intentional living? That question became a vision, and that vision became the Tweens & Teens Conference. This conference is more than an event; it is a movement to help young people build a strong foundation for life. Each year, we bring together seasoned professionals, educators, leaders, mentors, and experts from various fields to inspire young minds, broaden their perspectives, and equip them with practical life skills. Our goal is to help them begin a lifelong journey of discovering who they are, living by their values, and pursuing purpose with confidence.
I firmly believe that when we invest in a child's character, we shape the future of a generation. The future isn't built by chance; it is built by the values we intentionally pass on today.Event Details

back-to-school initiative
A few years ago, during one of my usual morning walks in Lagos, Nigeria, I witnessed something I will never forget. It was the morning rush of school resumption. Children hurried past me, trying not to be late for class. Then, I noticed a young girl running barefoot in a tattered school uniform. She had no backpack and no learning materials, yet she was absolutely determined to get to school.I watched her disappear into the crowd. Although I could not help her that day, her image stayed with me.Later, while pursuing my Professional Diploma in Education, I had the privilege of working closely with educators in public schools. This opened my eyes to a harsh reality many of us never see.Although basic education is technically free in Nigerian public schools, countless children still attend classes without the essential supplies they need to learn. They show up eager to learn but lack exercise books, pencils, rulers, or even the simplest classroom materials.I believe every child deserves not only access to education but also access to the tools that make learning possible. That belief inspired me to start my annual Back-to-School Initiative. For the past six years, I have been privileged to provide school supplies to pupils in public and tuition-free schools across Lagos, Nigeria. Every year, we remind these children that they are seen, valued, and worth investing in.This year, I would love for you to join me.Here's How You Can Help
